Mr. Gatti serves as Managing Partner of Innovative Capital Ventures and as executive advisor for ArrowPath Venture Capital an E*Trade Group venture fund. Is on the Board of Directors of the TIA(Telecommunications Industry Association), Board of Governors of the EIA(Electronics Industry Association), a member of the Executive Council of IEC(International Engineering Consortium) and advisor to the Internet Security Alliance. Mr. Gatti is also on the Board of Directors of the Alberta California Venture Channel. Mr. Gatti is on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco 49er Academy located in East Palo Alto serving 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Mr. Gatti is an executive fellow involved in Santa Clara University's CIE entrepreneurship program. In addition, he is an advisor to the International Engineering Consortium and member of the Alliance of Chief Executives in Northern California. Mr. Gatti is an active speaker at industry events.
